  • The pairing process requires a specific sequence with a time limit. Make sure to follow these steps promptly to successfully pair the remote with the motor.

    Here's how to proceed:Press and hold the P button on the motor head until the motor jogs once.Within 2 seconds, press and hold the STOP button on the desired remote or channel.The blinds will jog twice to confirm successful pairing.

  • When setting up the motor for the first time and after it's paired to a channel, follow these steps to establish limits: 1. Verify Direction: Press UP and DOWN simultaneously to ensure the correct direction. 2. Set Top Limit: Adjust the shade to your desired top limit position.Press and hold UP and STOP until the motor jogs and beeps to confirm the top limit.

    3. Set Bottom Limit: Lower the shade to the bottom position.Adjust it to your preferred bottom limit position. 4. Press DOWN and STOP until the motor jogs and beeps to confirm the bottom limit.Confirmation: Once set, the motor is programmed and ready to operate normally.

  • Adjusting the Top Limit: 1. Move the shade to a position near your desired top limit. 2. Press and hold UP and STOP until the motor jogs, then release. The motor will enter step mode, allowing you to fine-tune the position. 3. Once adjusted, press and hold UP and STOP again until the motor jogs to confirm the new top limit.

    Adjusting the Bottom Limit: 1. Move the shade to a position near your desired bottom limit. 2. Press and hold DOWN and STOP until the motor jogs, then release. The motor will enter step mode, allowing you to fine-tune the position. 3. Once adjusted, press and hold DOWN and STOP again until the motor jogs to confirm the new bottom limit.

  • Battery depletion: The motor may lose its set limits if the battery is dead.

    Accidental reset: The motor could lose its limits if someone accidentally resets it to factory settings.

  • YES! On a multi-channel remote, you can configure it to display only the channels in use. For instance, if you have 9 motors, you can set the remote to an 9-channel mode.

    To adjust the channels: Press the left and right buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. Then press the STOP button.

  • Channel 0 is used to control all motors programmed to the same remote at once. For example, pressing the up button on channel 0 will raise all blinds that are linked to that remote simultaneously.

  • To program another channel to your motor, ensure that the motor's limits are properly set to normal operational mode. This step is necessary for the motor to accept programming from additional channels or transmitters.
