  • Shipping Damage Claims
  • In the rare event of shipping damage, please contact support@canisteoblinds.com and provide photo or video evidence. We will promptly address the issue for you.

  • NOTICE: Shipping Damage Claims must be submitted within 7 days of product receipt. We will not accept claims beyond this period.

  • Claims Process

  • To make a warranty claim, all requests must be directed to Canisteo and submitted to support@canisteoblinds.com. Please include proof of purchase along with photos or videos of the damaged product. We recommend contacting us at support@canisteoblinds.com before submitting a claim, as there may be a simple solution to your issue. Valid warranty claims will be processed by Canisteo within 2 years of the initial purchase.
